Giving to SBAFA enables us to catalyze reunion events at the Sea Base as an opportunity for former staff and friends to relive "the good old days!" We know that social media makes staying in touch easier, but nothing beats visiting the old stomping grounds and connecting with people from around the country.

Giving to SBAFA helps us assist the leadership of the Sea Base in various ways. In addition to assisting during staff training each summer, our volunteers also often attend Jamborees and National Scouting Conferences as liaisons for the Sea Base - allowing us to grow our network, recruit NEW STAFF MEMBERS, and reach out to FUTURE PARTICIPANTS.
Giving to SBAFA keeps the lights on. It costs money to host our website, send monthly newsletters, and to maintain and support our member database. Without SBAFA Supporters, we would not be in a position to effectively communicate with our members or grow our reach - and keep supporting the AMAZING STAFF of Sea Base!
